COMMON FRAUDS AND SCAMS

Text messaging is a very popular way to communicate and has quickly become one of the many ways fraudsters try to scam customers. These scammers will send a legitimate looking text with a warning or fraud alert message, asking for a response with personal information such as a PIN or debit card number. NEVER GIVE OUT THAT INFORMATION. Delete the text immediately. If you are concerned about fraudulent activity on your account, call the company using a phone number you trust.
