Fixed Rate Loans with Down Payment Assistance (DPA):
- Several rate, loan and DPA options available
- Can be used in conjunction with other homebuyer programs: FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional: HFA Advantage and HFA Preferred
- DPA can be up to 5% of the total loan amount
- Can be used for home purchase anywhere in the state of Texas
- Can be used by both first-time buyers and repeat buyers
- Buyers are required to complete an approved homebuyer education course prior to closing
