Home Page
What accounts will appear on the Home Page?

Your checking, savings, CD and loan accounts will display. Click on any of the accounts to obtain account history, transactions, and check images.

What if I do not see one of my accounts on the Home Page?

Contact our Electronic Banking Department at (210) 736-7230 or send us a Secure Message to add any accounts that are missing.

How can I view my account history?

On the Home page, you can view the history of any account for the last 24 months.

How do I view transactions from a specific date range?

On the Home page, click on “Filter” drop down box and select “Custom Date” as your Time Period. Select a “start date”, “end date" and “apply filters”.

How do I view cleared checks?

On the Home page, view your checks on the Transaction History and click on the check number.

Message Center
Who do I contact if I have a question?

Send a Secure Message by clicking on the Message Center on the navigation pane and then clicking on the "New Message” button on the right of the screen. For an added convenience, you may add supported attachments to your message in the format listed under “Supported Attachments”.

Can I send a secure message on the Online Banking System?

Click on the Message Center to send us any questions about your accounts. You will receive a reply within one business day.

What other information is sent via the Message Center?

You will receive notifications on Date, Account, History, Online Transaction and Security Alerts. You can choose to receive your Alerts via email, text or by the Message Center.

Update Contact Information
Can I update my contact information on the Online Banking System?

Click on the Message Center and select "Update Account Information"  to update the account(s) to update your physical address, email address, and phone numbers. Phone number changes made in this section will not update your security preferences for your Security Access Code.   Please navigate to “Security Preferences” under “Settings” to update phone numbers for the Secure Access Code.

Credit Cards Update Contact Information
I currently have a Jefferson Bank Credit Card; can I view my account information on Online Banking?

Under “Services”, click on the “Credit Cards” section from the navigation pane and you will be directed to the “Card Service Center” portal. You will need your login information to access your credit card information. This service is only available to those cardholders that have registered.

How do I set up a quick link to do Account Transfers from my home screen?

We have already added “Quick Transfers” to your Home Page Preferences. Please be looking for more links to customized your Home Screen in the near future.

Account Preferences
How do I create a new group to organize my account view on the home screen?

From the Home page, click and hold on the account until the “Inbox” icon appears on the right side of screen then drag the account to create a new group.

How do I group my accounts for easy access to my accounts?

On “Account Preferences”, enter your new Group Name using the pencil icon. Select the order of how you want to view the accounts by using the arrow keys.

How do I change the order of my accounts?

On “Account Preferences”, you can change the order of your accounts on this page by using the arrow keys. This determines the order your accounts will appear on the Home Screen, subject to the grouping of the accounts.

Can I hide/remove accounts from my Account Summary screen?

On “Account Preferences” you cannot remove an account, but you can hide accounts from view. Go to “Settings” from the navigation pane and select “Account Preferences”. Click on the account you wish to hide and click on the “Visible” button to hide it. You can re-display the account from this menu as well.

Security Preferences
How do I change my Password and Login ID?

Click on “Security Preferences” on the navigation pane. Next, select the “Change Login ID” or “ Password” and follow the instructions on the screen.

How do I change my Phone Numbers for my Secure Access Code?

Click on “Security Preferences” on the navigation pane. Next, select “Secure Access Code” and follow the instructions on the screen.

How do I activate Touch ID or 4 Digit PIN to access my Mobile App?

After your first time login, go to Setting, then Security Preferences.  Then simply follow the instruction to activate either Touch ID or 4 Digit PIN.

How do I set up “Alerts” to monitor my balances or transactions?

Click on “Alerts” from the navigation pane to customized alerts for Dates, Account, History and Online Transaction Alerts. You may choose to receive your alerts via Text or Email.

What are “Security Alerts”? I am unable to disable a few of the “Security “Alerts”.

“Security Alerts” are established to secure sensitive online activity such as changes to passwords, browser registration, address change, external funds transfers and more. These types of “Security Alerts” have prevented online banking account compromises and have proven to be effective.
