Critical Online Banking Conversion Information
 
 
 
 
On Monday, April 24, you will experience a new Online Banking system. Prior to this launch, your current Online Banking system will convert to View Only access beginning Friday, April 21 at 5 pm until the new system becomes available on Monday, April 24 at 8 am.
 
The Bill Pay feature will be unavailable beginning at noon on Friday, April 21. Any bill payments scheduled prior to the cutoff time will be processed on the scheduled date.
 
During the transition, you will still be able to use Online Banking to view available balances, transactions and statements. Users can also send secure messages to the Bank and download into Quicken or QuickBooks.
 
 
 
 
The Jefferson Bank Mobile app will be unavailable from noon on Friday, April 21 until Monday, April 24 at 8 am.
 
 
 
 
If you have your mobile device set to automatically update apps, you can begin using the upgraded version of the app on Monday morning. If your apps do not automatically update, you will need to manually update the app in order to access your accounts.
 
During this time, you will continue to have full access to your funds. All banking centers and motor banks will be open during regular business hours.
