Why is Jefferson Bank changing my Mobile Banking?

We are enhancing our Online Banking system as part of our ongoing effort to provide you with an intuitive and interactive Online Banking experience.  The new Online Banking system offers you the same features and services on your PC and mobile devices.

Will I need to update my Jefferson Bank Mobile Banking app on April 24th?

If you have your mobile device set to automatically update apps, you can begin using the upgraded version of the app on Monday, April 24th.  If your apps do not automatically update, you will need to manually update the app in order to access your accounts.

Is there a Jefferson Bank Mobile Banking app?

If you have an iPad® or iPhone,® you can find the Jefferson Bank Mobile Banking app in the App Store. If you have an Android smartphone or tablet, just download the Jefferson Bank Mobile Banking app from the Google Play Store or Amazon Appstore.

How do I enroll for Mobile Deposit?

Your Mobile Deposit feature is automatic with your new Mobile App. The Mobile Deposit initial limit is $5,000 or if you are currently using Mobile Deposit on the old Mobile system the same Mobile Deposit limit will be available on the new Mobile App.

How do I deposit a check?

Mobile Check Deposit is only available in the Jefferson Bank Mobile Banking App, available for free in Apple iTunes or Google Play. Once you log into the app, tab on “Deposit Check” from the navigation pane and follow the instructions.
